linkAnordic was initially contacted by Rosario Mesta, Talent Acquisition Administrator and the only recruiter at Keywords. Her main focus lies within the LQA and Localization department, one of many areas of expertise within the company, and her role involves hiring linguists, translators and game testers.

As the only recruiter at Keywords she had a challenging experience with finding and attracting Nordic language speakers to their office based role in Ireland. 

“Filling multilingual roles can be challenging and one of the areas we struggled the most was within Nordic language speakers. We had a low application number which made the hiring process really difficult, slow and of course, even more expensive. We also tried sourcing people from different channels and platforms such as Linkedin but without any great luck. The roles are based in Ireland which made everything more complicated, so we decided to get some help,” explains Rosario.

Trusting a recommendation made Rosario reach out to linkAnordic which proved to be the right choice. Rosario explains how she had heard of linkAnordic and the results after publishing a job with linkAnordic:

 “A former colleague recommended linkAnordic and we couldn’t be happier, we filled the position in literally two days after looking for months! We also managed to receive more applications and could therefore fill more people in our pool of candidates for future projects.”

Rosario and Keywords Studios have been posting their jobs on linkAnordic regularly since the first collaboration and are now looking into hiring more Nordic language speakers while growing their pool of Nordic candidates for future exciting projects.
